Our Purpose

With net migration no longer assumed to remain at unsustainable levels under the next centre-right government, Britain has a once-in-a-generation chance to reset its housing model.

We must pivot from a system that primarily absorbs new, state-dependent arrivals, to one that clears the historic backlog of undersupply, restores a healthy level of vacancy so homes can actually be repaired - and makes homeownership a realistic prospect again for younger, working households.

For too long, the “communities” aspect of the MHCLG brief has been treated as an afterthought, while migration has been sneered at as a no-go zone in the housing policy space, ring-fenced away from the serious discussions that take place in Whitehall.

That ends here.

This manifesto sets out how the next centre-right government can Build for Britain: putting communities back at the heart of housing and bringing migration debate into the open, so that housing finally works for those already here and the next generation.

Our 3 Objectives

  1. Build More Homes, Faster
Increase the pace of building to meet demand. Cut delays. Expand capacity. Make delivery the default so homes appear where people live and work. Keep supply steady year after year.

  2. Put Working Families First
Shape housing around people who work, contribute, and put down roots. Prioritise stable communities, secure neighbourhoods, and fair access for those who play by the rules. Reward effort, support aspiration, and rebuild trust in how homes are planned and allocated.

  3. Make Homeownership a Reality for the Next Generation
Make it easier for younger people to buy their first home. Increase supply of homes to make house prices affordable. Reduce barriers to ownership so the next generation can put down roots.
